Prudential HVAC Gets More for Their Advertising Dollars
Nick Kramer of Prudential HVAC in Louisville, Kentucky knew there had to be a better way to advertise. The company was spending money on television ads, radio spots, Yellow Pages, Pink Pages and regularly used Val-Pak coupons to drive new business for their heating and air conditioning company. A television account executive for a local station suggested they needed to turn towards the internet to more economically drive leads and sales, so that is where Nick turned his attention.
Prudential began their free trial of the local business and organic rankings service from TopLocalRanking.com without any first page rankings except for their business name, and only when a person entered the city "Louisville" did that display. Within a matter of minutes of speaking with Nick we had agreed upon a handful of search terms that would drive the right type of customer to the website.
The trial went very well. Within the first 30 days the site was displaying on the first page of Google for all 4 of the terms we had agreed to work on with them. The best part was that their phone was ringing with inquiries and repair leads. Nick quickly decided to reduce his advertising spend on other mediums and focus on the internet. The pay off has been terrific for the Nick and for Prudential.

Seattle Architect Fills His Capacity
Seattle architect Tim Rhodes of Rhodes Architecture and Light knew the internet had to be a good place to advertise. "All of the other firms in town seemed to display when I put in local search terms for residential architect services" said Tim, "but I was nowhere to be found". Tim responded to a mailing piece that was sent out by TopLocalRanking.com offering a free trial for their local business listing and organic ranking service. He gave us the information needed to claim his local business listing and the company took the necessary steps to optimize the information to suit the search engines and appeal to his target audience.
TopLocalRanking.com was able to find multiple third party reviews that were then authenticated and certified using a private service to complete the task. As the organic process also began, we worked with his website to optimize the content and to increase the rankings of the site for the specific keyword phrases. As this process started to unfold, Tim started to notice an increase in his telephone ringing at the office with new inquires.
"It was an easy decision to continue to work with TopLocalRanking.com" said Tim, "I have never had any visibility with my website before and now I am busier than I have been in a long time. They told me what they were going to do and they did it."

Ace Exterminating Increases Advertising ROI
Rick Steinau of Ace Exterminating was looking to solve a classic business problem. He was convinced that the internet was the most economical method available to receive new inquiries for his exterminating business and wanted to find the best way to dominate the local market for pest control services in a cost effective manner. Rick was using a PPC (pay per click) model from a company that assured him that he would always be on page one. The problem he had was finding an affordable solution to help him rank organically and to have his local business listing display for the major keyword search phrases used by his clients. This is where TopLocalRanking.com stepped in to help.
When TopLocalRanking.com met Ace Exterminating there were no terms ranking for their local business listing or organically on the first page of Google. We worked with Rick on a trial basis to prove that we could get his website and his local business listing to display on page one of the major search engines (Google, Yahoo and Bing). Once there, he was able to quickly realize an increase in the ROI (return on investment) for his internet advertising. While he now selectively turns on and off the Pay Per Click campaigns, he enjoys top local business listings and organic rankings (a double listing) for all of his major search terms on a 24/7 basis. The result of the double listings on the first page of the search engines has been an increase in the number of inquiries and a decrease in the total costs spent on advertising.
